While we always hope for you to love your new item(s) as much as we do, we understand sometimes things happen! Please contact us immediately.

It is the responsibility of the customer before purchasing to have read all item descriptions so you are aware exactly of what you are ordering. We do not accept returns simply for change of mind or for lack of information that has been stated on our product page.

If 48 Hours has gone by since your item(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded. Clearance, discounted and sale items cannot be refunded.

Before contacting us please consider that most of our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials meaning your purchase is truly one of a kind. Every piece is slightly different, variations occur and while some ‘imperfections’ may present we see this as the beauty in each individual custom piece. Returns won’t be accepted in this case as you are welcome to leave preferences or contact us prior to purchasing. 

We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has left our warehouse we have no way of redirecting or cancelling your order. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before dispatch you will need to contact us immediately. You may be eligible for a refund if your order has not yet been processed, less any charges already paid by Tree Stripes that occurs at time of sale (ie Transaction fees, Afterpay, Zip & PayPal commissions etc).
