Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded. Clearance, discounted and sale items cannot be refunded.
Postage to return will be at your cost along with the re-delivery of your exchanged item.
Please email us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange. We will send you an invoice for the re-delivery and this fee must be paid before you send your item back for an exchange.
Any returns processed by Afterpay are eligible for an online credit or exchange only. Any remaining payments outstanding with Afterpay will continue to be deducted from your allocated bank institute by Afterpay. You will be then issued a credit for the full amount originally purchased at Tree Stripes.
If in the unfortunate event, your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours, so we can find a solution for you.
We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit where goods are damaged.

In the event that you receive a damaged item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will refund you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the item for your refund to appear in your account.
