When will my order be dispatched?
If items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Please double check the address you provide during shipment as we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
All goods are shipped from Sydney with Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, Border Express or in some cases, a private courier (for larger furniture items)
How much is shipping?
Our shipping charges are outlined below:
Orders under $200 = $20 within Australia (excludes furniture + bulky items)
Orders over $200 = Free Shipping within Australia (excludes furniture + bulky items).
Furniture (not including bulky items)
Orders under $350 have a flat fee of $25
Orders over $350 = Free Shipping within Australia
Bulky Large Items
We have a fixed flat rate fee of $150 to metro areas within NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
For bulky items, we use the services of furniture removalists who provide a specialised blanket wrap service for the delivery of furniture items. Since we coordinate with their schedule, it's important to note that the delivery may take 1-2 weeks (for VIC and QLD). These deliveries are made door to door (ground floor only) and does not include rubbish removal or assembly.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed.
Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking information.
Our products are dispatched from Sydney and delivery estimates can be found below:
Metro areas: Delivery within 2-7 business days of being shipped
Regional: Delivery within 3-10 business days of being shipped
I'm in Sydney - Can I pickup my order?
You sure can. We're based in Smithfield, NSW - Feel free to choose the pickup option on checkout and we'll coordinate a time for you to collect your order.
Do you deliver to PO Box addressed or lockers?
Unfortunately as we use registered tracking for all of our parcels, our couriers are unable to ship and deliver to PO boxes. Signature on delivery is required to ensure safe passage of your purchase or in some cases where deemed safe, they may exercise Authority to Leave.
If I’ve changed my mind, is it okay for me to exchange my item?
We want you to love your Tree Stripes product. If you don't, return it or exchange it for free even if you have used it. No questions asked.

How do I care for my wooden products?
We take pride in handcrafting our products using a variety of hardwoods sourced from different parts of Asia. It's important to note that natural timber exhibits unique characteristics such as grain, texture, and colour variations. These natural variations are part of the beauty and individuality of timber products, and they should be appreciated rather than considered as faults or defects.
To ensure the longevity of your timber products, a little tender loving care goes a long way. We recommend keeping our products indoors or outdoors but under cover, away from direct sunlight. If you need to remove stains, simply use a damp cloth lightly moistened with warm water. It's crucial to address stains and spills promptly to prevent stubborn watermarks. We advise against using chemical-based cleaners as they may harm the wood.
